The Soqucoin Foundation exists to support the development and long-term integrity of the Soqucoin post-quantum Layer 1 — and to set the example for how a cryptocurrency project should be governed: in the open, without an insider allocation, accountable to a public charter.

The Foundation is a not-for-profit organization incorporated in Wyoming. It is governed by its articles of incorporation and a public transparency charter, and is funded without any premine or transaction tax.
It is deliberately lean. Its mandate is stewardship of the protocol and the name — not the operation of commercial products, which belong to the wider ecosystem.

The Soqucoin project began in late 2024 with a single aim: a cryptocurrency designed for post-quantum security from the ground up, rather than retrofitted onto cryptography that quantum computers will eventually break. It is built on NIST-standardized ML-DSA-44 (Dilithium) signatures with LatticeFold+ verification.
The Foundation was established in early 2026 to formalize governance and ensure the project’s long-term sustainability. Modeled on the foundations behind durable open protocols, it emphasizes transparency, community ownership, and technical rigor over speed.
The Foundation is guided by developers, researchers, and advisors committed to post-quantum security — and to setting the standard for the rest of the industry. Its guiding values are set out in the manifesto.
